Tuition and Educational Supplies

​Although school is free in Kenya, students are often charged a desk fee, which many cannot afford. We are currently sponsoring five elementary school children so that they are able to attend school. For one 12-year old boy, this has been the first time that he has attended school! He is doing really well and is really enjoying his time in school.

Our plan at Kuamini is to expand this project and to sponsor more children who are unable to afford to go to school. 

As part of our project, we provide educational supplies to those students who do not have access to them. This makes their educational experience more rewarding and successful.
